Another Happy Customer.. All in a days work .... "Hi Craig. Thanks so Much for last weeks session. My legs don't ache anymore, no cramps or neck spasms! My shoulder has been pain free for a week, yesterday I started the mobility exercises you showed me and today its a little tender .. But I hung from a wall (free running) on Wednesday no problem and could do pushes without pain for the first time in months! :-) I noticed that the back muscles you worked on, I could feel it in my head and a lot of the times that's where I get headaches..
