Busy day! Honoured to be asked to be a Guest Speaker employer and partnership team and Ipswich Borough Council Economic Development Team New Horizons event. Looking at Diverse and Inclusive Recruitment.

Sharing my positive experience of and the very real difference it has made to me. Just doesn’t mean I can’t work. Yes a few (ok a lot) of changes have been needed but with with practical help and funding from access to work I am back doing the job I love. On a mission to let employers and other disabled people out there know you can get help !! And if you would like to have your own business well that can happen too !!

Celebrating and her fabulous Tropic team today, as they achieve a significant milestone in Fran’s Tropic business. 😊

We first met 5 years ago at a networking meeting. She quickly became a Tropic superstar and friend. What fun we have had 💚

We have travelled all over the world together thanks to Tropic from Vietnam & Cambodia, to Barbados, and Ibiza. Earlier this year it was Dubai, and Bali is shimmering in the future. So much fun and friendship mixed with business.
