LC House of Hair

This is my wonderful client who has been coming to me for a couple of years now following a previous experience leaving her a little nervous of having her hair cut. We started the journey to grow out the shorter bits then give her a curly cut so her curls could bounce up.

We did a cryotherapy to enhance the shine and bounce and it’s looking so healthy and happy. What’s more this doesn’t require much upkeep, if any, the cut allows the curls to stay as they are and bounce up.

But the most amazing thing ever happened when my beautiful client took her son to a curl specialist in Glasgow and the renowned BRYAN GALLACHER owner Bryan Gallagher complimented her hair.

As stylists it means the absolute world when another stylist (especially one known for his expertise and skill in the curly hair world) delivers a compliment and it really made my day.

We talk about stylists lifting each other up on the podcast a lot and it’s so true - we rise by lifting others. Thank you Bryan I was genuinely buzzing when my lady told me and her son loved the work that your team created on him (I don’t do male clients). We acted as a team salons apart and I loved it.

I love a bit of glam!

Ever fancied a change when you’re a die hard blonde and then immediately hated it. This was the second sitting back to platinum where Megan belongs and feels happiest.

Cryotherapy makes that journey easier with less breakage and much more shine and moisture.

Do blondes have more fun? Who knows, this one is certainly buzzing with back to blonde!

A last minute cancellation today has left space for a cut and blow dry.

It would leave space for a colour but you need to have been patch tested prior to either a returning client or an existing one.

Or a hair up, child cut, cryotherapy.

We are on the official blonde journey! The memo was - no warmth or ginger AT ALL during the process.

Up two bases. First sitting. 3 hours. Let’s do this.
