This week I had the pleasure of welcoming another first-time mum into the salon as she started her pregnancy reflexology journey at 22 weeks. 🦶✨

I recently had the pleasure of supporting a first-time mum with regular reflexology sessions from around 24 weeks of pregnancy.

Her beautiful baby arrived at 40 weeks + 2 days, with labour progressing quickly and baby arriving within around 90 minutes. Such an incredible birth story! ✨

Every pregnancy and birth is different, but regular reflexology gave this lovely mum dedicated time to relax, unwind and feel supported throughout her pregnancy journey.
