Just had an 85 minute muscle tension massage with a lady called Jasmine. Apparently she does the firmest massage here.
Well they weren’t kidding. After stripping naked and laying on the couch, she covered me with towels and literally crawled up my legs with her knees going into my calves. Just pushing the pressure points had me doing my breathing technique. Some of the positions she had me doing with my arms and shoulders, I didn’t know were possible.
She definitely found all the tight muscles including in my armpits and in my skull. I am definitely going to be bruised all over tomorrow 🤦🏼♀️
At the end, she said are you ok? I said you definitely found my tight muscles. She said why is your body so tight? She then sat me on the side of the couch and cracked my neck. Apparently I could do with another one in a few days but I’ll be back in the UK by then. I think my body needed it but jeez it’s pretty annoyed with me right now
