✨ A little reminder about pre-payment ✨

Please remember that all appointments must be paid at least 48 hours before your appointment, in line with my cancellation policy.

This policy is in place to protect my business, my time and my income. 🤍 There are no exceptions unless previously agreed.

If payment hasn’t been received by the 48-hour deadline, the appointment will unfortunately be cancelled.

Thank you for respecting my policies and supporting my business. 🫶

Appointment available in Canterbury between 2-3.30 tomorrow due to last minute cancellation!

🚨 IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT POLICY UPDATE 🚨

Due to the far too many no-shows, same-day cancellations and last-minute cancellations I have been experiencing, I have had to make a change to my booking policy.

ALL appointments will now need to be paid for in full in advance.

A payment link will be sent one week before your appointment. Payment must be received no later than 48 hours before your appointment time.

If payment has not been received by the 48-hour deadline, your appointment will be cancelled. The only exception will be where an alternative arrangement has been agreed with me directly beforehand.

I completely appreciate that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. However, repeatedly holding an appointment and then not attending, or cancelling at the last minute, means that slot cannot be offered to another client. This is lost income and wasted time for my business, and unfortunately it has reached the point where I can no longer absorb it.

I am a small business, and my time is my income. I have to put measures in place to protect my business and ensure that appointments are treated with the same respect and commitment that I give to my clients.

Please do not book an appointment unless you are confident you can attend.

Thank you to all of my wonderful clients who respect my time, give me plenty of notice when they need to change an appointment, and continue to support my business. ❤️

This policy applies to ALL clients and ALL appointments going forward.

Please be aware I am away on holiday so replies may be slow. If I don’t reply please don’t send me ??? as I will just delete the message and you won’t get a reply period. Much love ❤️

Appointment available for Lumi Eyes tomorrow at 11.30….£80 due to cancellation. DM to book, normally £100
