I’ve been in this industry long enough to know that qualifying in something doesn’t mean you’ve mastered it. And I never want my younger artists feeling like they’re supposed to have it all figured out.

They’re learning. They’re building their confidence. They’re finding their feet. And that’s exactly what they should be doing.

As a salon owner, I think part of my job is making sure they’ve got the education, opportunities and support to actually get better.

Not just expecting them to improve without giving them the tools to do it.

The rest of our nail team will be completing this training too including myself, because I want us all learning, improving and keeping our standards high.

I don’t need a salon full of artists who know it all. I want a team who never think they’re done learning.
