I don’t think people realize how much you actually have to learn when you decide to work for yourself in the beauty industry.

Most of us literally started because we obviously didn’t like being told what to do…

And then suddenly you’re supposed to know how to run an entire business… pricing, marketing, taxes, bookkeeping, policies, cancellations, difficult clients, content, inventory, customer service...
