This year, Cyncoed as you know and love it turned 10 🤍

So last week we gave the outside a little birthday glow-up too, new signage, gorgeous new blinds and, after many years, we said goodbye to the flowers 🌸

But while this version of Cyncoed Dental is celebrating 10 years, the practice itself has actually been part of Cyncoed since 1960.

We found a few photos from over the years and had to share them. It’s changed quite a bit… but it’s very special to think of how many generations of local families have walked through our doors.

A smile transformation that’s about more than just straight teeth ✨

For this patient, we used a combination of:

🦷 Invisalign to straighten the teeth and improve the bite
🤍 Natural whitening to brighten the smile while keeping the result looking natural
✨ Minimal composite bonding to refine the shape and proportions of selected teeth

By improving how the teeth meet together as well as how they look, we were able to create a smile that feels more balanced, natural and harmonious, without over-treating the teeth.

The aim was never to create a “perfect” smile, but one that still looked completely like them… just healthier, brighter and more confident.
