After nearly 20 years in the skin industry, being recognised for the work I’ve spent so many years building really does mean a lot.

Rejuvenate has always been about more than simply performing treatments. It’s about experience, education, continually evolving, and giving every client the very best treatment and care I can.

This year has brought lots of change and a new chapter for Rejuvenate, so this feels like a particularly special moment to stop and celebrate how far we’ve come.

And of course, none of it happens without the incredible women who trust me with their skin, recommend me, support the business and come back time and time again. 🤍

Whatever happens on awards night, I’m incredibly proud to be a finalist in both Best Therapist (Natalie) and Best Rejuvenation Clinic.

And creating a space where you can switch off, feel safe, and allow your nervous system to settle too.

Taking time for myself used to make me feel guilty.

As a mum and a business owner, there’s always someone who needs me and something that needs doing. It can feel selfish to step away and choose myself for a moment.

But I’m learning that taking time for me isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. Time to switch off, have fun and remember who I am outside of being “Mum” or running a business.

Because when I give myself space to recharge, I come back happier, more patient and more present for the people I love.

You can love your children deeply and still need time that belongs only to you. 🤍
