Hey there, so I’ve had a little time out from creating posts to rest, recoup and rebuild. It’s an on going process ! 2021 was a weird one for me.
We’ve all been forced to slow down combined with attempting to maintain some level of functioning during this crazy time - it takes it toll. Getting back functioning at optimum levels can be a struggle. A lot of us are having delayed responses and crashing after the fact.
So I’m learning to re-address the balance, stop trying to fix everyone else‘s problems and focus on my needs.
I went a little ‘off piste’ and now working towards getting my ‘HAPPY’ back ❣️
So that’s me, how are you ?
Stopping and checking in with ourselves is sadly low down on our list of priorities, especially when caring for others & trying to keep on top of weekly tasks.
But something we should all practice doing more frequently to avoid burn out.
