Let’s talk grey blending.
It’s precision colour placement blending the hair with tones that mimic what’s there naturally rather than covering the grey.
This results in lower maintenance hair colour.
So where the grey is at the front of Margret’s hair I’ve kept them lovely and bright but I’ve also put lots of darker ash tones to blend in all the dark too.
Giving it a seamless finish.

Hey you lot, it’s been a while, so I thought I would re-introduce myself.

I’m Jen! The face behind Blunt Skull.

A little bit about me… I’m what you can call experienced! I’ve been a qualified hairdresser for over 20 years. I absolutely love my job. Not only can I change how you look, I can also change how you feel about yourself. By giving you that boost or making you feel happier with yourself, I get so much happiness from watching my clients find their confidence again.

I am basically the Harry Potter of the hairdressing world 💁🏼‍♀️😂.

I’ve been running my own studio for a little over 5 years now. It’s been a total game changer for me and my family. Giving us the best work life balance. With 3 kids, I have my hands full, but I wouldn’t change it for anything in the world.

Lately my life has been a little crazier than usual…. We have recently moved into our new home. We took on a full house renovation, where we had to move into a rental for 13 weeks while all the walls came down, and my vision became a reality!

After 3 long months, we are finally on the other side of it. So if you need advice on changing your house and not just your hair, I’m all ears.

A PERSONAL POST

As some of you know, my mum has been fighting her battle with brain cancer for the last 3 years. Sadly on Tuesday 28th June she pasted away peacefully at home.
Her funeral is next week and I just need some time with my family.
We are all truly heartbroken.
I will try and get back to you all soon as possible.

Honeysuckle or golden, how would you describe this blonde? 🍯 💛

Everyone is all about the platinum blonde but it doesn’t suit everyone’s skin tone Kirsty is a perfect example. The golden tones work better with her skin tone and given her a golden beach babe feel.
