Eve’s Simple Essential Oils

🌿 A natural remedy our family has used for sore throats

Do you or your kids ever struggle with a sore throat or uncomfortable, swollen tonsils?

For the past 10 years, our family has used this essential-oil blend as a comforting home remedy when sore throats come along:

🥥 1 tablespoon coconut oil as the base
🌿 3–4 drops Thieves essential-oil blend
🍋 3 drops lemon essential oil
✨ 3 drops frankincense essential oil
🌱 2 drops oregano essential oil

Mix everything in a small glass jar and gently massage a small amount onto the outside of the neck, around the area of the tonsils. We’ve traditionally reapplied it about every hour, and it has become one of our family’s go-to rituals.

For us, the results have been amazing, and we’ve used this blend with our family—including the kids—for many years. ❤️
