Sorry for the late post!
We have been busy bringing more of our lovely celtic salt from the Vendรฉe and catching up with French family and then refilling our kefir and kraut to our great stockists.
Last Wednesday, we attended a lovely women's community event with raising awareness and natural supports for peri menopause and menopause.
We are back at markets for the next 2 week ends: ; ;

We are incredibly excited to announce our food demo schedule for The Cowbridge Food & Drink Festival. Food and drink Demos will be taking place at 96 Degrees coffee shop by the Cowbridge Town Hall.
You'll need a wristband to attend the demos, there will be lots of free samples given out at each demo and all of our Chefs are excited to be sharing knowledge, skills and ideas with our lovely visitors!

We had another lovely fermentation club evening, discovering the fascinating world of mould fermentation, particularly Koji and drinks, pastes and sauces made from it!
We loved the sharing and tasting of the great misos and sauces from , amazake as well as the amazing plate made specially for our event with these products from ๐
Thank you to the attendees who brought their own home made ferments!
We are off for a little break now back from 5th of May, but can still deliver until 27th, as long as we still have stock! ๐ฌ๐ฅ

6 days to go before our Fermentation Club evening ! We are so excited to meet Jackie and learn about the koji world and miso making! There will be plenty of tasters and you can bring your own ferments to share too! It's a lovely community spare for our fermentation lovers!
