Hello Everyone!!
We've raised £75 so far for Safer Wales Street Life Project, which supports women who are at risk of, or who are currently experiencing, sexual exploitation and abuse.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our last Sunday Night Chill Out Session and helped support this important cause.
We'll be taking a summer break and will be back with our Sunday Night Chill Out Sessions in September.
In the meantime, why not join us for our Wednesday lunchtime class?

About me.
My name is Danielle. I have been a sports massage therapist for over 15 years. I am a British Wheel of Yoga teacher. I have my own studio and therapy rooms in Cardiff. I'm am a keen fair weather surfer and love the beach.
My classes are suitable for all abilities. Please send me a message if you have any questions.
Classes are held on the patio of Coney Surf Cafe. 20 students max.
Please bring your own matt and water and buy some cake and coffee after the yoga session! The surf cafe has an amazing selection of cakes available. I will have a few yoga mats to rent for £2 each.
Class runs various Sundays ( most likely be every Sunday depending on turnout)
