Amazing day at the healthy lives community engagement event!
Spoke to some amazing charities and amazing people all wanting to improve people’s lives
We had so many people approach us to get involved with our nutrition clubs in Cardiff and surrounding areas and plenty of numbers taken for those wanting a free wellness evaluation and to find out more about what we have to offer.
