World Menopause Day is held every year on the 18th of October.

As a global non-profit organisation leading the way since 1978, the International Menopause Society (IMS) founded World Menopause Day in 2009 to raise awareness of menopause and improve the experience of women around the world.

Menopause affects every woman and each expierience is different..
Let's talk about it..

I am 62 and post menopausal but the changes to my skin since menopause have been huge accompanied with having mcas severe me and very sensitive skin..

So I had to make some changes to.my skincare as my skin became very dry and dehydrated and I mean everywhere..along with sleep disruption. Unfortunately I couldn't tolerate HRT So I managed it with adjustments to my skincare,diet and supplements.

Some of my fave products and ones that I use daily are:

Rainforest dew for hydration
Tamanu balm which I use when my skin really flares up and I react to everything,but on less difficult days I always use our Skin Releaf its a game changer.

And for my body I use Tamanu cream,Body love and our whipped body velvet. And I love using our Hand therapy daily as hands are one of the first places to show signs of aging.

But in my opinion tbe simpler the skincare routine when your skin is reactive and your hormones are disrupted is the best thats why I recommend the Essentials Collection which comes in an unscented version too.

My core skincare is the Essential Collection which I LOVE as its a simple 3 step routine along with our Eye work/ Eye lift and our SPF Sunday facial defence.

And another godsend for me was and still is Morning mist for hot flushes and our cooling Hydrogel eye masks.

And Sleep well thats a never ending story with me now..but I know a lot of people love the pillow mist but I unfortunately react to some of the essential oils.
