Where we started...

You may think we are all about the gym and rippling muscles, but... We're not! BeLean is a local slimming group based in the South of Wales. Established in 2016, the company was formed by Rob Dudley-Jones. He set up the business in Cardiff running a few classes a week from the local centres. It started out with just a few groups a week, but due to popular demand, Rob decided expand the business taking on a more permanent role putting all his time into the brand. The name ‘BeLean' came from a large list of words to do with diet that he put together. Not only that, but due to Rob's sporting background, he had weight loss targets himself and his personal goal was to 'Be Lean'. BeLean is still run by Rob who, day by day, is growing the brand and its band of loyal members. Without the passion, creativity, and hard work, BeLean would not be the company it is today. . Not only does the BeLean website showcase a variety of its groups online, it also brings you the history behind the brand, news, achievements, and much more. BeLean remains dedicated to bringing you the best support, provided by our excellent consultants.
