SALON ARTISTE IS HIRING ✂️

We’re looking for a confident, qualified stylist to join our relaxed and supportive team in Cardiff.

You’ll need at least one year of salon-floor experience after completing your Level 2 qualification, and be confident looking after your own clients.

This is a part-time employed role of up to 24 hours per week across three shifts (2 Saturdays per month) —giving you the security of a guaranteed hourly income, holiday pay and pension contributions, while leaving you plenty of flexibility to shape the rest of your week around your own personal and professional goals.

Your base hourly rate will depend on your experience, with achievable total earnings of £16–£21 per hour including commission.

**Ella has graduated to Junior Stylist.**

Having completed her Level 2 in Hairdressing last year, and a further 6-months of Artiste Finishing School (racking up dozens of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reviews in the process), it’s a joy to announce that Ella has now been promoted to Junior Stylist.

As a result, any zero-charge trainee appointments that are booked in with her after July 10th will be chargeable at her new rates (see below). If you would still like a zero-charge trainee appointment, our apprentice Cassie is able to offer these and we would be happy to rebook your appointment with her. If, however, you wish to cancel your appointment in light of the new fees you can do so at no cost, just get in touch with us either by email ([email protected]) or giving the salon a call on 02920 562 213.

We’re on the lookout for a couple of people to join our tight knit team of talented professionals.

💇‍♀️ Stylist: Minimum NVQ level 2 in hairdressing and 3 years of professional experience.

Pay: DOE
Benefits: Paid breaks, free food from our cafe (Cafe Artiste), generous holiday policy
Hours: 24 hours per week including every other Saturday

💇‍♀️ Apprentice: No experience required, just a desire to learn the trade, a good work ethic, and an outgoing nature.
