We are proud to offer high quality products such as ColorWow, Innoluxe and Alfaparf, also, IQ-Intelligent haircare, our budget-friendly range. Our preferred colour range is Framesi Professional, which is an Italian brand with over 70 years experience in the colour industry, It's Cruelty free, Vegan friendly, Gluten and sulphate free. ‼️Please can anyone that needs to cancel or change their booking let us know as soon as possible so we can fill the appointment! ‼️
We’ve had another ‘no-show’ today, leaving us with an empty 4 hour slot!
Yes, it’s our own fault for not implementing the deposit but as it was an existing client, we didn’t think we needed to!
So, moving forward, we will be asking for partial or full payment of colour services from all clients, also cancellations of less than 48 hours will be subject to a 50% charge and cancellations of less than 24 hours or ‘no-shows’ will result in the full payment being charged with it being non-refundable and non-transferable.
We don’t want to do this but it’s unfair when we’ve turned a number of people away today only to end up with 4 hours of time empty due to someone not showing up for the second time!
Please respect our time, if you reschedule at short notice or ‘no-show’ - we don’t get paid!
So if you want to see us here for another 11 years,
