This routine + consistency!! 👌 as a sensitive girlie I go back to this routine whenever I get contact dermatitis and it works every single time 🙌 skip the SPF for PM.

milky toner (the ceramides are so soft and gents on your skin)
hyaluron mist spray (for extra hydration because CD dries out the skin like crazy)
intensive moisturising milk (one of my favourite moisturisers of all time)
invisible SPF (the only spf worth your time when you have CD)
