Book an appt with us for foot care and give your feet a treat. If you love lavender, Tamra makes a lovely Lavender and Goats Milk Body Butter that smells truly scrumptious. We'll end your treatments with a little foot rub.

Rubbed on the feet lots of people have commented it even helps them sleep!

Tamra also sells this wonderful body butter seperately and will have some available in clinic. It's £15 for a large jar and it lasts ages!

Made with home gown, infused lavender the goodness is retained in the oil so all the wonderful properties of Lavender stay in the cream.

What's more, buying a jar supports a local wildlife enhancement project and a small business Permawise Produce.

We've had a fabulous month in Feet-Matter-Ceredigion clinic! Toe nail care and puppy or winston cuddles all around! We have been full the last few months which has been amazing and we are happy to announce have appointments available over the next few weeks!

It was a tiring day at work yesterday. All that meeting and greeting and giving puppy hugs.

We are getting a reputation for banishing Verrucas here in our little clinic. Another one bites the dust!

We are spoilt for choice for lunch venues here near the Oxygen Therapy Centre. It was a yummy chicken cajun omlette from Craig's today and last time a plowmans lunch from The Station Cafe. Yum yum.

Only 3 appt spaces left tomorrow- 8:30am, 1pm, and 3:45pm.

It's been a quiet sort of day without our Tash who is on holiday. Inbetween clients I've had these two for company, who have been very well behaved!
