In the hustle and bustle of life, we are often easily swept away by the labels that society places on us. People often define each other's value by titles, bank accounts, or glamorous appearances—that you are a successful businessman sitting in an air-conditioned office, or you are just a sweaty worker in the midday summer heat. Rich or poor, noble or humble, high or low... all sometimes become invisible burdens.

And have we ever asked ourselves, when we close our eyes, shedding that worldly, pressure-filled cloak, where do we truly go?
Are wealth, status, or fame the only measure of success, or is death the end?

Today I want to share with you about GRATITUDE. This is an emotional state with a very high vibrational frequency, helping people to perceive, self-identify, and change their perspective on all issues in life in a positive direction.
Science has proven that when practicing gratitude, the brain releases happiness hormones, bringing deep peace—like a kind of tranquil "frequency" that illuminates and soothes the mind.

So, where do we anchor gratitude to find stability?

1. Gratitude for the journey already taken: No matter the path you have taken...

Be grateful for the journey you've taken: Whether your path is paved with roses or riddled with scratches, thorns, and unspeakable pain... the reality is that these difficulties don't just disappear. However, when we learn to express gratitude to both those who shared our hardships and the adversities that have tempered us, we are not denying the pain, but rather untangling the blockages and resentments in our souls. As a result, our souls close the past in peace, opening up a pure space to welcome the good things ahead.

2. Be grateful to your ancestors and lineage: Humans are not born naturally. The blood flowing in your veins carries the will, resilience, and blessings of dozens of generations of ancestors. Regardless of your social standing, the moment you respectfully clasp your hands before the ancestral altar, you are creating a solid spiritual anchor, deeply connecting with your "origin." A tree with roots deeply embedded in the earth cannot be felled by any storm. Gratitude towards your ancestors is the most powerful way to "receive life force" and stand firm amidst life's challenges.

There was a time in my life when everything seemed to fall apart at once.

I lost a relationship I believed would last.
Work wasn’t going the way I hoped.
There were criticisms, quiet judgments, and unspoken disappointments.

And on top of that —
I was far away from home.
