Eden Beauty

✨ A little something new…

Some of you will know that alongside Eden Beauty, I’m also a qualified Nutritional Therapist — and I’ve been wanting to bring that side of what I do into something a little different.

So, I’ve teamed up with a local Personal Trainer and together we’ve created NOURISH & MOVE — an 8-week personalised nutrition and training programme. 🥗🏋️‍♀️

No generic meal plans. No one-size-fits-all workouts. No quick fixes.

Just personalised nutrition, personalised training and ongoing support from both of us — built around you, your goals and your life. 🤍

We’re currently testing the waters and looking for a small number of founding clients for our first programme.

If you’d like to know more, comment INTERESTED below or drop me a message. 👀

Would love to know what you think! 🌿
