I am a fully qualified and insured Massage Therapist with 15 years experience. Trained by Western School of Massage the only training organisation to offer Professional Diploma Courses that are credit rated by Glasgow University

I offer the following treatments at my Therapy Room just outside Longtown CA6 5TS.

Deep Tissue Massage - A deep massage often used to treat musculoskeletal issues including tension, strain, pain and injury. Scar tissue is broken down to improve posture, range of movement, flexibility & reduce pain.

Swedish Massage - A softer massage than deep tissue that is used to reduce stress, improve circulation and it also helps to people to feel more relaxed.

Aromatherapy Massage - A massage that combines the power of a blend of Essential Oils bespoke to client’s needs together with massage therapy benefiting both mind and body. Health benefits include improved mood, reduced anxiety, improved sleep, clear mind and stress relief.

Trigger Point Therapy - A massage technique used to help relieve pain and tension in muscles by directly applying pressure to specific tight area of the body. It helps to increase blood flow to the area and assist with the removal of toxins.

Thai Yoga Massage - A massage that combines yoga, acupressure and passive assisted stretching. It is used to increase flexibility and relieve pain and muscle tension.

Indian Head Massage - A massage to help with relaxation, reduce stress and reduce headaches and migraines.

Face Lift Massage - A massage that can improve the skin’s suppleness & tone, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It can help with sinusitis and temporomandibular joint
dysfunction (TMJ).

All treatments are based on time rather than set routines. They are bespoke to individual requirements and can therefore be combined if required.

I specialise in Deep Tissue Massage which is the most popular treatment I provide because of it’s effectiveness. It can help alleviate pain, improve posture and range of movement and reduce stress by identifying and working on the muscle groups that are causing the problem.

This luxury treatment brings about deep relaxation and tranquility.

I begin by cleansing and toning the skin using Neal’s Yard Remedies Rose Collection.

This is followed by a facial massage using Rose oil together with Rose Quartz Crystals to stimulate cell renewal and re-energise the skin. Finally the Award Winning Wild Rose Beauty Balm is applied to the skin.

To finish your treatment a beautiful Jade Stone Mask is placed over the eyes whilst you have a relaxing arm & hand massage.
