I never realized how much of a difference a simple skincare routine and regular facials could make until I stayed consistent with it.

For the longest time, I was focused on trying every product and “fixing” my acne fast, but what my skin actually needed was consistency and barrier repair.

Since simplifying my routine and having regular facials, my skin barrier has improved so much. My skin feels healthier, calmer, and way less irritated. The constant breakouts and inflammation I used to deal with have reduced massively, and my acne has improved more than I expected.

Going through my own skin journey inspired me to train as an acne practitioner so I could help others struggling with the same thing.
