Healing circles for domestic abuse survivors 💜 My journey through domestic abuse has shaped who I am today and inspired me to create women’s circles specifically for survivors. These circles are a safe haven where we can come together, share our stories, and support one another in healing. Having experienced the effects of abuse firsthand, I’ve found solace and strength through various healing techniques like meditation, sound healing, Reiki, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), journaling, and self-awareness. As a qualified Reiki therapist, EFT therapist, and women’s circle facilitator with essential training in domestic abuse, I’m passionate about offering alternative tools that empower us on our healing journeys. In these circles, we foster an environment free from judgment and shame, allowing each woman to explore her path to recovery at her own pace.
