Here are a few simple rules to follow:
🚫 No exercise - avoid for 48 hours
🚫No laying down - at least 4 hours after treatment
🚫No sauna/steam - can cause swelling & irritation in treatment areas
🚫No massages - no facial massage or electrical facials straight after as they can cause migration of Botox
