Really hate having to do this but going forward everyone booking in from now will need to pay a non refundable deposit.
I’ve had 3 clients not turn up for appointments this week! This means I’ve gone from making a profit to making very little.
I’m trying to run a business, a house and provide for my family. There is a cancellation policy in place if everyone can make sure they read over that. No shows and cancellations on the day will be required to pay 100% of their original appointment! Thankyou 💖
