IMPORTANT GIFT VOUCHER UPDATE:
From Monday 2nd March we will no longer be selling Gift Vouchers. This has been a big decision for us but we're finding it hard to fit them in amongst our regular clients. Any existing vouchers you have will be honoured up until the expiry date given on issue. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.

We’re closing now for a well deserved break. We will reopen on the 2nd of January. Looking forward to seeing you all in 2026.

If you need any vouchers before Christmas please pre order them and arrange a time for collection. As you can imagine we're extremely busy this next week and we can't always be available at the desk, or interrupt treatments.

We will have a little Elf helping on Tuesday 23rd December 9:30-5pm for any last minute walk in vouchers.

This will save us a huge amount of time interruptions with our appointments and save you waiting for us if we're unavailable. This is an extremely busy time of year for everyone and we appreciate that you won't always have time to wait for us coming out of a treatment room.

From the 31st October we will no longer be offering an online booking system. This also means that vouchers will not be available to purchase online.
We understand this may be an inconvenience to some, however, as we are so busy, it is no longer serving a purpose.
By keeping a personal touch we can utilise the diary to its full potential.

We are now working on an appointment only basis and our hours are varied, so we would recommend preordering any vouchers you need so we can arrange postage or collection to avoid any disappointment. Going forward we ask that vouchers are paid for in cash wherever possible.

UPDATE: The salon line is still on divert to mobiles, we’re doing everything we can to hurry this along. I’m sure you can appreciate that it is very frustrating for us but unfortunately it is out of our hands. Please do leave a message on the EE or Vodafone answer phones & we’ll call you back as soon as we can.
Salon is closed until 3:30 tomorrow afternoon as I’m juggling childcare through summer holidays while Hayley is away.
We appreciate your patience while we try to resolve this.
Online booking dates are live until the end of October, we’re fully booked throughout September other than an odd 30 minute appointment.

Friday 15th Aug

The salon will close today at 2pm and we also be closed Saturday 16th.
Any message left over this period will be returned by Paula on Monday 18th.

As of tomorrow Hayley will be off on her holidays 🛳️ for 2 weeks.
Hayley will return any direct messages to herself when she’s back in on the 2nd sept
Alternatively contact the salon and Paula will be happy to help.

The salons Working Hours and days may vary, during this time of holidays.
