To our lovely clients,

From Tuesday 21st April 2026, there will be a small price increase across our services. This is to help us keep up with the ever-growing costs within the current economy. We always strive to keep our pricing as fair and reasonable as possible, and we will continue to do so while maintaining the high standard you expect from us.

Alongside this, there will be a slight update to our colour service policy:

• A £30 deposit is still required for all colour appointments
• This deposit must now be paid within 48 hours of booking to secure your appointment
• You can still cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment without losing your deposit
• Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments will result in the loss of your £30 deposit, which will act as a cancellation fee

As a small business, these changes are essential in helping us manage late cancellations and ensure fairness for both our team and our clients.
