We have combined 3 of the best techniques into this 60min treatment to work the facia and muscles in the back, neck & shoulders.
This 60min treatment begins with Myofascial release massage on the back freeing restrictions in the facia then onto a deep tissue back, neck & shoulder massage to work deeper into knots and tension finished off with a neck release - a specialised gentle mobilisation technique to combat stiff, tight necks.
