Red Light Therapy 🧬 - we incorporate RLT into our post- op lymphatic drainage.

Integrating red light therapy (specifically red and near-infrared, 630-905nm) into post-operative lymphatic care enhances recovery by accelerating cellular energy (ATP) production, which boosts lymph vessel contraction and reduces inflammation. This combination acts as a”dream team” for reducing swelling, fibrosis, and bruising while accelerating wound healing.

Our clinical-grade device provides pinpoint delivery, allowing for targeted red light therapy on localised incisions such as c-sections, tummy tucks and lipo puncture sites.

Kayley has over 7 years experience in spas and is THE massage therapist I go to personally (so you’re in very good hands 😆)

She will be starting from the 5th January and we be working in The Spa Room Mondays and Tuesdays. With the occasional weekend availability.
