She asked me to make them THIN and I genuinely thought… please don’t do this to me 😭😂

For years she’s been my BIG, DARK, BUSHY brow girl. The kind of client where taking one extra hair off felt illegal 😂

Then suddenly she wanted 90s skinny brows ✂️

Did I prefer her big fluffy brows? Absolutely 😂
Did I tell her that? Also absolutely.

But ultimately, they’re her brows, not mine.

My job is to give my professional opinion, make sure she understands what we’re changing, then create what SHE actually wants safely.

And you know what? She bloody loved them 💗

I still want the big brows back though x 😂

Maybe becoming an educator was never actually the end goal… it was just the road that got me here 🎀

I naturally fell into education because I LOVE sharing what I know. I love explaining why I do things, demonstrating treatments, creating tutorials and helping people look at things differently.

But somewhere along the way, I realised I don’t actually love being an educator in the traditional sense 😂

The long training days. The super serious theory. Watching over someone else while they work. It just never felt completely me.

What DOES feel like me?

Creating. Filming. Demonstrating. Making funky little carousels. Showing you exactly how I work. Talking about products I genuinely love. Working with brands and turning an idea in my head into content people actually want to watch. 🎥🎀

And weirdly, I don’t think I’d be in the position to do any of that without accidentally becoming an educator first.

It pushed me out of my comfort zone, gave me confidence, helped me build an audience and opened doors I once could’ve only dreamed about.

So I’m not leaving education behind. I think I’m just finally realising what my version of education looks like.
