What is a Seborrheic keratosis?
Seborrheic keratoses (often called seborrhoeic warts, age spots, or “barnacles of aging”) are common, non-cancerous (benign) skin growths. They are completely harmless and are caused by a natural build-up of ordinary skin cells (keratinocytes) in the outer layer of the skin.
