🚨 No-shows & last-minute cancellations 🚨

I’m not usually one for saying much, but this needs to be said clearly.

When you don’t show up to your appointment and don’t let us know, we do not get paid. That time cannot be filled. That income is gone. As a small business, that loss hits immediately.

An empty chair doesn’t just affect the day — it affects the ability to pay rent, bills, stock, and continue running this business. We don’t get paid an hourly rate. We don’t get sick pay or holiday pay. If you don’t show, we earn nothing.

Because of repeated no-shows, I am now implementing a booking fee for all future appointments & sticking to it. No exceptions.

👉 All future bookings will require a booking fee to be paid at least 48 hours before the appointment to confirm.
👉 If the booking fee is not paid, the appointment will be cancelled.
👉 This fee is in place to protect my time, my livelihood, and my small business.

I understand life happens — but communication is non-negotiable. A message takes seconds.

Please remember there is a real person behind this business. Respect our time the same way we respect yours.
