My morning run/walk to see my boys today wasn’t as hot as yesterday’s 30’ but it’s another day ticked off the month 💜

Last Mexican driveway run this morning and it was a hot one 🥵🥵
3k everyday complete ( only missed sat 16th May as we flew out early from Glasgow)
I’m never gonna go back to running full time again but I may try doing 3-5k 3 times a week
Now for breakfast and get ready for airport pick up I’m heading home 😫

Our 1st morning is beautiful I’m up I’ve done my 3k everyday in May and I’m ready to chill ..
I was awake from 4am so today is gonna be another long day untill I regulate my sleep ..
