From 4th August, all treatments will be taking place at Riverside Fitness of Wetheral

I’m so excited to make this new space my own and fill it with the warmth, calm, and little touches that make it feel like Roots. 🌿

There’s free parking and Wetheral train station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get to whether you drive or use public transport.

I can’t wait to welcome clients new and old into my new space and continue holding the space I love for you. 🥰🤍

🤭🌿 NOW IT’S OFFICIAL… THE AGREEMENT HAS BEEN SIGNED! 🌿🤭

I am so excited to finally say that, August 4th, Roots will officially be based at Riverside Fitness of Wetheral , The Crown Hotel in Wetheral. 🙌🏽🥹

I can’t quite believe I’m writing this… but it feels so right.

The Zen Den was a huge success and something I will forever be incredibly proud of. 🥹 Watching that space grow, watching people walk through the doors as strangers and leave with friendships, seeing people try something new, find community, laugh, cry, release and grow… it was honestly everything I hoped it would be and more. 🤎

I have loved watching the incredible practitioners, teachers and facilitators who used the space grow too, and I am so grateful to every single person who walked through those doors, attended a class, booked a treatment, hired the studio or simply supported me from the sidelines.

But somewhere amongst all of that growth, I started to feel a really strong craving for simplicity.

A need to strip things back.

To release myself from so many responsibilities, spinning so many plates and constantly carrying the weight of running such a large space. 🌿

And if I’m teaching people to listen to themselves, honour what they need and release what no longer feels aligned… I have to be willing to do that too. 🤎

This move gives me the opportunity to pour my energy back into the parts of my work that I love the most… my treatments, my clients and holding space for people to ground, release and grow.

✨ I will still be continuing with group sessions and classes.
✨ I will still be teaching Reiki.
✨ There are already exciting plans bubbling away for events and collaborations.
✨ And I will be working from a beautiful new treatment space within Riverside Fitness.

This isn’t me giving up on what I built.

It’s me allowing it to evolve. 🌱

The Zen Den taught me so much about myself, about business and about the kind of work I truly want to do. It grew bigger than I ever expected… and now I’m choosing to come back to my roots. 🥹🌿

Less pressure. More presence.
Less responsibility. More connection.
More space to do the work I genuinely love.
