A little reminder about why my cancellation policy is in place 🖤

As a small, independent business, my appointment times are my working hours. When an appointment is cancelled last minute or someone doesn’t attend, that time can’t always be filled — which means I can lose out on an entire appointment’s income.

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. I will always try to be as understanding as possible, but I do ask that you please give as much notice as you can.

My cancellation policy isn’t there to punish anyone — it’s simply there to protect my time, my income and my small business. 🖤

October is your last chance for a full brow lamination if you want to have another one in December.

You’ll need a minimum of 8 weeks between laminations, so a maintenance appointment in November is perfect before having your next full lami in December. 🤎

“Will a lash lift work on my lashes? They’re too short.”

But short lashes don’t necessarily mean you can’t achieve a beautiful lift! ✨

For this client, I really took the time to look at the shape, direction and natural angle of her lashes before choosing the right technique and shield for her.

Rather than simply looking at the length of the lashes, I considered how they naturally grow and how I could work with that to create the best possible lift. 🤍

And look at the result! 😍

Her lashes have been lifted, opened up the eye area and made so much more visible!
