First day back & straight back into the balayage ✨

A gorgeous transformation for my new client tonight — although apparently I was too excited to get started and completely forgot to take a before picture 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

And can we talk about how it’s getting dark again already?! 📸🌙 The struggle of trying to get a decent hair photo in the evenings is officially back!

Still managed to capture the colour though, and I’m obsessed 🤎✨

We added some lowlights to this balayage for a richer, softer blend, finished with a chunkier face frame for that extra brightness around the face 🤍 swipe 👉🏼 for the before

This was a huge colour correction and transformation for a lovely new client who hadn’t had her hair done for over two years after going through a really difficult time. 🤍

I’ll be honest… when I first saw the amount of hair, I was daunted 😂 But 4 hours later, look at the difference!

The goal was never to completely change her natural colour, but to blend beautifully with it and create something that would grow out softly and naturally. I used a combination of highlights and lowlights to create dimension, whilst keeping the result soft and seamless.

And of course, Olaplex throughout to look after the hair through such a big transformation. ✨

From unruly, faded and overgrown ➡️ soft, blended and beautifully refreshed.

We brightened everything up, softened the warmth and added those gorgeous cool, creamy tones for a much more polished finish. The result? A beautiful dimensional blonde that looks effortlessly natural and expensive ✨
