I have amazing clients, many of whom I call friends, but please remember this is my business, it's NOT just a hobby! It's only a small business, but it brings an income into my family! Like you I have bills to pay and a family to support.

Sadly, I feel I have to remind people of the following:
If you cancel last minute I don't get paid, if you don't fully remove your previous polish and I have to remove it, it means more time, therefore there will be an extra charge, if you decide last minute you would like nail art (this includes french polish), I will always try to accommodate you, but there will be an extra charge, and if I have a very busy day I may not be able to fit that in (please remember to let me know if you would like nail art/french polish at the time of booking) I work set hours and have another job, yes I will try and accommodate you, but I can't always 'start earlier/work later' (I have a family to get home to)

I LOVE my job and my amazing clients, and I will ALWAYS try my best to give you beautiful nails (or whatever treatment you are having) I am turning away any new clients at the moment as I feel I need to make sure I can fit my loyal, regular clients in so please always bear this in mind.
