I’d much rather you come back and say, “Bex, I want a bit more” than look in the mirror and think, sh*t… this is too much. Because adding is easy. Taking away? That’s when we’re talking laser. 🫠 We all have a different idea of what ‘natural’ is.
It doesn’t mean another artist’s way is wrong, it’s just how I choose to work after way over a decade in the industry.

✨ LIP NEUTRALISATION ✨FIRST SESSION ✨
Lip neutralisation is a treatment chosen by some clients who feel self-conscious about naturally darker pigmentation within their lips and would like to achieve a brighter, more even-looking tone.
Rather than simply adding a pink or n**e pigment over the top, we carefully select specific tones designed to counteract the existing colours within the lip. 🎨
This lovely client has had her very first neutralisation session, and already we’ve achieved a beautiful result. 🤍
Neutralisation is a process, and depending on the natural pigmentation of the lips, further sessions may be needed. Once healed, we can reassess the colour and continue building towards a brighter result.
There is a little swelling immediately after treatment (completely normal!), which will settle over the next hour or so.
I absolutely love treatments like this, subtle changes that can make such a difference to how someone feels. 🫶🏼

✨Perfect brows don’t exist…

Combination brows will forever be my go-to.
Why? Because I genuinely feel they age better.
You get those soft, natural hairstrokes through the front, but with the extra definition of shading through the body and tail giving that gorgeous clean underline without the brow looking heavy or overly “done”.
They still heal beautifully natural, just with a little more structure and definition. Basically… the best of both worlds. 🤌🏼

6 MONTHS HEALED 🤎
This is what hairstroke brows are all about.
Each individual stroke is carefully created to mimic the direction, movement and flow of natural brow hair filling gaps, adding shape and creating definition without losing that soft, realistic finish.
But for me, the most important photo isn’t the one taken straight off the needle.
It’s this one. Six months later.
One of the lovely benefits of my clients coming back for their monthly brow wax is that I actually get to see how their PMU is ageing and grab those all-important healed photos along the way 😂
Because fresh brows can look amazing… but the real test of good PMU is how it heals, how it settles into the skin and how it looks 6 months, 12 months and beyond.
These are a perfect example of beautifully healed hairstrokes soft, natural and still looking like brows, not a tattoo. 🤎
Good PMU should look good on day one.

💋✨Finding your perfect lip blush…
Lip blush isn’t about changing your lips, it’s about enhancing what’s already there.
This client arrived wearing her usual lip product, which gave us the perfect starting point for choosing a colour she already loved. Once removed, you can really see the difference that definition and colour can make.
We custom blended her shades to find that perfect match adding definition to the border, balancing the lip tone and creating the appearance of more volume without adding filler.
And that final result 😍 Defined, fresh, fuller-looking lips in a colour that still feels completely her.
Remember, lip blush will soften beautifully as it heals, leaving a much more natural wash of colour. 💋
Why combination brows? 🤎
Not every client needs the same technique and sometimes the decision is about more than just the finished look. ✨🌙
For this lovely client, longevity was really important. Due to personal circumstances, we knew she wouldn’t be able to return for the usual 6-week follow-up, so we talked through all of her options, hairstrokes, microblading and combination brows.
Because she’s used to pencilling her brows in, we decided a combination brow gave us the best of both worlds: soft hairstrokes with gentle shading to give the brow a little more structure and, importantly, more reliable retention.
These brows are fresh, so they’ll soften and fade by up to around 60%, leaving behind a much softer, more natural-looking brow.
Hairstroke and microblading techniques can often need more work at that important follow-up appointment. Knowing that wasn’t going to be possible this time, I wanted to choose the technique I had the most confidence would give her the longevity she needed over the coming year.
Because PMU isn’t just about choosing your favourite brow from Instagram. It’s about understanding the person sitting in front of you and choosing the technique that works for them, their skin and their circumstances. 🤎
And that makes my heart hurt. So I start work a little later these days, I finish a little earlier, I do school pick up on a Wednesday, take time off through summer holidays. You can’t put a price on time. 🤍✨
