With more and more walk-in salons popping up, I felt I wanted to share a little reminder about why supporting our local small businesses really matters.
I completely understand that we're all trying to make a living, and there's room for everyone. But it's becoming increasingly difficult for established local businesses when larger, walk-in businesses start appearing everywhere.
When you choose to support a small, local business, you're not just paying for a service — you're helping support someone's livelihood, their family, their dreams and the community around you as well as local jobs for local people.
