Today I did focus work on blocks and bolsters and how to use them at practice. They are great for Strength, alignment, making the floor closer for you and comfort. My favourite thing to use them for is chest openers, to help me relax and breathe. I also asked the question what yoga means to you. Why do we need it? My answer is my own enlightenment, bringing myself to myself, improve sleep and improving my social anxiety.

Think ballet-inspired moves + Pilates + strength + a good stretch. We’ll work those legs, bum, core and arms, while building strength and improving your balance and posture. 🍑🔥

Hi I am Emma/Ziggy,
I am quite blind without my glasses, I am very clumsy and get my words mixed up. I love people and kindness and want the best for everyone around me. My favourite things are outside, outside and the TV. My classes are giving me joy and I was saddened when they were gone. But I am coming back independent with Classes in Carmarthen Library Mondays and Wednesdays. If you would like to come for a class or two please do.
