Our facial treatments start with really getting to know your skin. Understanding what it needs, how it responds and how that can change over time.

It’s also about allowing yourself to simply be you in your own skin. Not chasing perfection or following every new trend, but caring for your skin in a way that feels right for you

But over the years, we’ve noticed something else. For many of our clients, a facial is also about taking time for themselves. To lie back, switch off and enjoy being looked after for a while. It’s the whole experience: the environment, the treatment and the relationship you build with your skin specialist.

Because over time, we get to know you as well as your skin. Thoughtful skin care, with time to pause.

First week back after the holidays and Marianne is already being buried alive by admin! 😂

A few clients have had to reschedule, so we’ve checked through our waitlist and have a few appointments now available tomorrow.

If you fancy some well-earned pause, relax & reset time, you can book online. Online booking is the quickest way to secure your appointment, as we can’t take bookings through social media.

And every online booking helps Marianne get one step closer to escaping the paperwork mountain.

Sound & Stillness
Close your eyes. Breathe deeply. Let the sound wash over you.

Having worked as a resonance therapist since 2008, I’m still amazed by the depth of connection we can find when we’re given the space to simply stop, breathe and reconnect with ourselves. Sometimes, we just need a little time to let go of what is no longer serving us.

Sound baths can be experienced in groups or one-to-one, but I love the personal connection of working individually. The singing bowls are placed directly onto the body in sequence, creating an immersive and deeply relaxing experience, alongside other elements of sound.

And it doesn’t have to take hours. Our time is precious, and sometimes even a short period of stillness can give us the space to pause, breathe and reset.

Just sound, stillness, cocooned under blankets and maybe a little heated eye mask. A little time to reconnect with yourself.

A little gift voucher update:

We’ve had a few little issues with some gift vouchers purchased from the end of June until the last few days. If you’ve tried to book online and pay your booking fee with your voucher code and got an error when entering your voucher? Don’t worry, your voucher is absolutely still valid!

After a bit of digging, I’ve discovered that it was actually a technical issue caused by how the VAT was set up, as that little soul-sucking gem was confusing my brain. So, technically a technical issue but also very much a Marianne issue. 😂

Timely are now helping me work through the affected voucher codes, so hopefully everything will be sorted over the next few days.

In the meantime, if you have one of these vouchers and get an error when booking online, just give us a call. We’ll get you booked in, take your voucher code, name and the amount and sort the deposit manually once everything is fixed. If you have tried to book, remember your appointment is NOT confirmed unless you get an email from us at the time of booking.

Sorry for the hassle, and thank you for bearing with me while I untangle my little VAT-related adventure! 😂

And with that hopefully coming to an end, I’m back to work tomorrow, so it’s officially back-to-work mode!
