This was the card I pulled for my last session. It's a card that resonates deeply and feels especially relevant for the times we are living in where it feels a bit like the 90s again with women getting smaller and smaller. There is SO much to say about this, but not the space to say it here, other than to say how important it is to me that all bodies feel welcome at these sessions. I'm really not into the curated aesthetic version of wellness we tend to see in instagram. I've worked hard just to feel neutral towards my body. I've felt like it has failed me many times, PCOS, unplanned csections, struggles to breastfeed... but I'm trying to focus on what it CAN do and work with it instead of trying to shrink and fit in. So, I appreciate that our body doesn't always feel comfortable, but it is our home and I hope that our sessions will help you to relax in that home, and hopefully feel a bit safer within it. 💞

I can't believe we are almost at the Summer holidays already! If you are a parent, you will be needing this next one!
