Meditation and sound therapy. Group classes and one to one available in Carnoustie.
We have had the loveliest wee break away, swimming in a sea slightly warmer than the North Sea feels right now!
Back to reality now and very much looking forward to Sunday's Carnoustie sound bath. 4pm, usual venue and there's still a couple of spots!
Message me to book a place - £10.
