✨ A Little Reminder About My Booking & Cancellation Policy ✨

To all of my wonderful clients, I just wanted to put out a little reminder regarding appointments and cancellations.

Over the last couple of weeks I’ve unfortunately had a few no-shows. I completely understand that life happens and sometimes things come up unexpectedly – I really do. ❤️

However, when appointments are missed without notice, it has a big impact on my small business. During the school holidays especially, every appointment means arranging childcare and taking time away from my little family. This business is how I support and provide for them, so I hope you can understand why my booking policy is so important.

💚 Booking Policy
• A booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, or missed without notice, will require full payment.

After months of hard work, studying and training, I’m so excited to finally share some amazing news with you all!

Last Thursday, I travelled to Manchester to successfully complete my Pre & Post Operative Lymphatic Drainage Massage Practitioner Diploma, and I can’t wait to officially bring this specialist treatment to the salon. 💚

This gentle, specialised massage is designed to support your body before and after surgery, particularly following cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures. It works by encouraging your lymphatic system to function efficiently, helping to support your recovery.
