Where the BodyLab treatment room will be the star of the show.

The treatment room is well underway and getting a full revamp. As we’ve only just moved in, there’s still lots to do, but the vision is coming together nicely.

💚 I’m Philippa, the face behind BodyLab- Sports Massage 💚

I’m a Registered Nutritionist and Health Coach, with over 5 years’ experience working across the charity sector and primary care. Alongside this, I’ve also had the privilege of working as a Consultant Nutritionist for Bradford Bulls RLFC, supporting professional athletes with their performance and wellbeing. 🏉✨

More recently, I’ve trained as a Sports Massage Therapist, allowing me to offer a truly holistic approach combining nutrition, wellness support, and massage therapy to help you feel your very best.

The BodyLab is all about creating a calm and supportive space, whether that’s through treatments, advice, or simply giving you time to prioritise your own health and wellbeing. 🌸
