Running a small business has been tough this year. Behind this page is just me — a small business owner who puts her whole heart into the work I do and genuinely cares about the people who come through my door.

I know that not everyone who follows me will need a healing session, and that’s absolutely fine.

We hold back on expressing our feelings. Anger is inappropriate, being too happy makes other feel awkward, crying is embarrassing, and grieving is too emotional. It’s a shame that some people think like this.

But love is an emotion which we can never display too much of. We can give love endlessly, freely, to anyone and everyone. And the only consequence is an opening our heart and their heart, connections built, and joy felt in our hearts.
That is a gift to everyone. # # #

For today I felt drawn to select a card from the Beltane oracle cards. An immensely powerful deck which illuminates our inner most world.

The card which arose was the Sun God and this was the message I received which accompanied the image. # # #

For too long we have fought each other. Jealousy has blighted our interactions. Fear made us hate our so called competitors. But what do we compete over? The right to do as we wish?
The sun god reminds us that we do not have to challenge each other in order to be successful.

Each person can be their own God without endangering your own light.
Stand up for each other now. Bless them on their journey and see success within their timeline.
For when you revel in their success you create your own as the energy of abundance becomes alive within you.

The universe wanted today to remind us of what is truly important. We squabble and fight over the most ridiculous things. Things that really aren’t important. We fight with our neighbours because they put the bin out on the wrong day, we get angry with a child who walked across our grass or livid with someone who delays us by a few minutes.

And worse. Partly we fight over such silly small things because if we win we feel powerful – for a moment.

But if we actually knew how incredibly magnificent we are, and how much power we actually have, then we wouldn’t bother with such trivialities and we would just get on with building the best life for ourselves that we could. And that joy and happiness would spread to others and what a wonderful world we would have. # # #

Can you feel the energy? It is a mix of the full moon and the Aztec New Fire ceremony. We cannot take forward into this new era all that we have carried; all that has burdened us. We are so used to carrying all this pain and assume it is our life forever.

But this moment is a threshold, a chance to begin again, to leave behind all that we do not want to carry anymore.
If we can release all the old we can make room for love, joy, light and peace. But not if we don’t make room for it.

And then we can begin to paint our sky the way we long for it to be. Your life is your creation, your sky is the dream of your soul. Paint with the colours of love and joy. # # #

Can you help reboot the universe?

Doesn’t it seem like we all a reboot, a reset? This is our moment. Just like a computer which has locked up and we reboot, our universe gets the same reboot, the same chance to wipe the slate clean and begin again.

The Aztec New Fire Ceremony marks the beginning of a new 56-year cycle. Traditionally, all fires and lights were extinguished just before midnight, and then relit after midnight to symbolise the beginning of a new cycle.

The previous 56-year cycle has been described as a difficult one, while this new cycle begins an upward arc, with things slowly getting better over the next 56 years.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE – this is where YOU come in.
The special transition happens on the night of Saturday 26 September into Sunday 27 September 2026.
At 11:59pm on Saturday 26 September, have a candle lit or your physical lights switched on.

Before midnight, blow out the candle or turn your lights off.
Take a breath, but not for too long!
In that breath think about all that are releasing – the people, places, events, traumas and breathe them out. Release it all with gentleness and love.

And just be in that quiet space for a moment.
THEN….
At 12:01am on Sunday 27 September, relight your candle or switch your lights back on.
And that’s it, your part in the Cosmic Reboot is complete!

And so begins another 56 year cycle…. # # #
