Your hair must be washed and blow dried straight prior to attending your appointment. A £5 charge is added to your fee if blow drying is needed. I accept Impression or X-pression hair that is PRE-STRETCHED to save my time and yours. Lateness is not acceptable. It will have a domino affect on my day and can
go into other clients appointments after yours, so please arrive on time! Lateness will be charged from 10 minutes starting at £10 and £1 for every minute there after. Over 30 minutes can result in your appointment being cancelled if I have a client after you or you can choose a quick style with the remaining time you have left. Please come to your appointment alone. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate & soft drinks are provided. Please feel free to bring your own mug, I won’t be offended. However soft drinks will be served in plastic cups. Appointments
All bookings are taken via Facebook messenger or Instagram DMs and are monitored daily. All appointments have a 1hr grace period to be confirmed and secured with a £10 deposit. If you’re unable to respond within that time frame you could potentially lose your appointment to someone else. Deposits are deducted from the cost of your desired style. Failure to give a 48hr reschedule notice will result in the loss of your booking fee. I also do mobile appointments for an additional £10, so why not get your hair done in the comfort of your own home. Aftercare
Moisturise moisturise moisturise!!! It’s very important that you moistures your scalps and braids to prevent starving your natural hair. This can create a lot of tension on your edges. Practice proper night care. Wrap your hair in a silk scalf/bonnet every night. This maintains the braids keeps them looking as fresh as possible, whilst protecting your natural hair too. Know when it’s time to take it out! When there is excessive regrowth it is time to take your braids out. Leaving then tugging on your natural hair can cause breakage and tension.
